Delete your AinTaleem account
This page works whether or not you can open the app, and applies to students, parents, teachers, and staff.
Fastest: ask your school
Your account was created by your school (the “Institution”), and their admin office can remove it directly — usually the quickest option, since they already manage your enrollment.
Or request it directly
Email us and we'll verify your identity with your school and process the deletion on your behalf.

- We verify the request against the account and school on file.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
- You'll receive a confirmation once it's done.
Deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and login credentials
- Your profile photo, if uploaded
- Push notification tokens tied to your device
- Messages, complaints, and reviews you personally authored
Retained & why
- Academic records (attendance, exam results, report cards) your school is required to keep for accreditation or legal record-keeping — these stay with the Institution, disassociated from your login where feasible
- Financial records (fee vouchers, payment history) retained per applicable accounting and tax law
- Data already shared with third parties (e.g. a WhatsApp message already delivered) that we cannot recall after the fact
