Terms of Service

The terms behind every account

These terms govern use of the AinTaleem platform — the web dashboard, mobile apps, and this website — by schools (“Institutions”), their staff, students, and parents.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using AinTaleem (“we”, “us”), an Institution and its authorized users agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. The Service

AinTaleem provides a School ERP platform covering admissions, attendance, fee management, examinations, HR & payroll, WhatsApp automation, an AI Copilot, and related mobile apps for students, parents, teachers, and staff, as described on our Features page. Features available to a given Institution depend on its subscribed plan.

3. Accounts & Institution Responsibilities

  • An Institution is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters and for managing which staff have access to which records within its account.
  • Institutions are responsible for obtaining any consents required from parents, guardians, or staff before enrolling them on the platform, including for optional features such as biometric attendance.
  • Account credentials must be kept confidential; the Institution is responsible for activity under its account, and should notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Payment

Current plans and pricing are published on our Pricing page and may change over time; we will give reasonable notice before a price change takes effect for an existing subscription. Free trials do not require a credit card and convert to a paid subscription only if the Institution chooses to continue.

Subscriptions are billed per the plan and billing cycle selected at checkout. Non-payment may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications to students, parents, or staff.
  • Attempt to access another Institution's data or bypass account/role-based access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written consent.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

6. Data Ownership

Student, staff, and financial records entered by an Institution remain that Institution's data. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. An Institution may request export or deletion of its data, subject to any legal retention requirements, by contacting us.

7. Availability & Support

We aim to keep the platform reliably available and provide support channels described on our Contact page. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability; we will communicate material disruptions where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AinTaleem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including in relation to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Termination

An Institution may cancel its subscription at any time through its account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, including non-payment after notice, or unlawful use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves or to reflect legal or regulatory changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify Institution administrators.

11. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under generally applicable commercial law principles. Specific governing law and jurisdiction details will be confirmed here following legal review and may vary based on the Institution's contracting entity or region.
